The 12th Annual Helderberg Sap Run is open to runners and walkers of all ages. The 5K course takes you through the scenic town of Knox. Participants will receive a complimentary T-shirt. The Top Three Female and Top Three Male runners in nine different age groups will be awarded medals following the run​.
Entry fees:
Students, ages 18 & under - $20 pre-reg / $30 day of race
Adults, ages 19 - 64 - $25 pre-reg / $35 day of race
Senior 65 & up - $20 pre-reg / $30 day of race
T shirt guaranteed if participant is registered by March 11, 11:59pm
Online Pre-registration closes 5pm on March 21
