Come and "Stride for Strength" with us to support Hudson Valley HIE-roes and allow us to reach our goal of helping children diagnosed with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) in the Hudson Valley. Walk, race, or roll — however you participate, make it your own at our 5K! If you'd like to contribute without participating, please visit out Fundraising Page

Check in and Swag pickup begins at 8:30am and closes 9:30am

Race begins promptly at 10:00am

Food, Bouncy Houses, Entertainment, and Raffles to follow!

Registration after 4/14/25 does not guarantee a swag bag or preferred Tee shirt size

Entry Fees:

5k (ages 12 and up): $25 until 3/14/25, $35 after

5k (ages 11 and under): $10 until 3/14/25, $15 after.

Family of 2 adults and 1 or more children: $55 until 3/14/25, $65 after

Group Discount for 5 adults is $100 until 3/14/25 and $125 after.

Family or Group Discounts will apply automatically to qualifying carts prior to checkout.
