The Pfalz Point Trail Challenge, a favorite local race, is a 10-mile benefit trail run to support Mohonk Preserve. Proceeds from 2023 race registration fees and sponsorships will support conservation of over 8,000 acres, including the restoration and maintenance of the Preserve’s network of 70 miles of carriage roads and trails that welcome hundreds of thousands of hikers, bikers, runners, climbers and equestrians annually.
The course offers a rare chance to race on some of the most extraordinary running trails in the U.S., with ten miles of broad open meadows with spectacular views, steep and rocky footpaths, and gently rolling carriage roads.
Registered participants will receive:
Prizes are given to the top overall finishers by gender including a nonbinary category and to the top three finishers in ten year age categories.
