APTA is doing a 5K! Join virtually or in person on Saturday, July 22 at 7 p.m. ET for the National Landing APTA 5K Your Way. This event is brought to you by the American Physical Therapy Association and sponsored by HPSO. If you’re joining us in-person, the race starts at APTA Centennial Center, 3030 Potomac Ave., Alexandria, VA.

Joining us virtually? The first 100 registrants will receive a medal and t-shirt. All proceeds from the event will go to support the local Alexandria charity Move2Learn.

Packet pickup will take place on the APTA plaza on Friday, July 21 from 4-7 p.m. and from 5-7 p.m. on race day. Runners will receive a race shirt, swag bag, and finishers medal. 

Join us for a  post race celebration with live music until 9:00 p.m. Top 3 winners overall and top 2 winners in each age group will receive an award. 

Entry fees:

$40 - Ages 19 and up until June 21, $50 after

$20 - Ages 15-19. Age based discount will be automatically applied at checkout for those who qualify

Free - Ages 0 - 14

All runners registered by June 21 will be entered for a raffle of two prizes from Hyperice​
