Unleash your inner hero at the Hero 5K & Walk for Autism! As we fly through Autism Acceptance Month, don your superhero gear, gather your allies, and hit the pavement for a cause that needs a hero like you. Whether you run like the wind (5K) or prefer a leisurely stroll (Walk for Autism), every step you take transforms you into a real-life hero, making a lasting impact on the lives of autistic individuals and families across the Greater Hudson Region.

Entry fee:
$30 Early Bird through February 26th
$35 beginning February 27th
$40 Race Day, April 26th
Walkers: $10 - untimed individual or $20* per family up to 5, additional members will be charged at the regular rate *Promotional rate can be applied to qualifying carts at checkout.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration encouraged and will remain open until Saturday, April 25 at Noon. Race day registration and packet pick up will be at the registration tent at Mohawk Harbor. Please arrive early 8:00 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. to pick up your packet with commemorative swag and avoid the crowd.

AGE GROUP & AWARDS: Awards will be given out immediately after the last finishers to top 3 M/F in three age groups (17 and under, 18-59, and 60+).
