The Course: The LifeSong Dash’s USATF-certified road course begins and ends in Halfmoon Town Park, while covering portions of Rte. 236, Hayner Road, and Lower NewTown Road. You can view a map of the course here!

About LifeSong: LifeSong, Inc. provides day habilitation and employment services to nearly 200 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout the Capital District of New York. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit programming and activities through LifeSong Inc. to their participants.

LifeSong’s Community-Based Day Habilitation Services Program focuses on making healthy life choices while accomplishing our mission through volunteering, skill building & recreation, creating a platform for exploration, skill development and self-discovery. The purpose of all activities is to build confidence, promote growth and provide individuals with the tools they need to support an independent life-style.

Supported Employment Services assist people with differing abilities in developing work related skills, pursuing job opportunities and retaining employment, making it possible to become active, wage-earning contributors to their local communities.

Kids Fun Run begins at 9:30am. The 5k starts promptly at 10am.
