Join us for the 3rd Annual RMHC 5K Family Fun Day — a fundraiser benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region! This event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities, and we encourage families to run or walk together.

The day kicks off with the Kids' Superhero Dash at 9:30 AM, followed by the 5K run/walk at 10:00 AM. From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities that promise fun for everyone!

Come out, get active, and support a great cause!

5K registration includes admission to the Superhero Dash and post-race Family Fun Day.
