Dinner Choices: (All entrees served with Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Accompaniments)

• Harvest Chicken - Grilled Chicken Breast topped with a Carmelized Onion and Cranberry Demi Glaze
• Flank Steak – Topped with carmelized onions
• Fish – Baked Halibut topped with Herb Bread Crumbs served with a Lemon Herb Sauce​
• (Vegetarian) Eggplant Napolean - Breaded Eggplant layered with Tomatoes, Ricotta, Spinach and topped with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Roasted Red Pepper & Drizzled with a balsamic reduction

All dinners include mixed baby field green salad, rolls, coffee, tea and carrot cake.

As always the Greater Capital Region Track, Field, and Cross Country Hall of Fame will be covering the processing fee for online registration this year!
