The mission of the FAM 5K "Fund" Run/Walk is to endorse and promote the qualities of family, health, and service to our community.

Since 1994, Fenimore Asset Management has held its annual FAM 5K “Fund” Run/Walk each September. The event has grown to more than 800 participants and demonstrates our associates’ commitment to the community. It is a fun-filled, memorable day in the spirit of family, health, and charity. 

Each year the proceeds from the race are donated to one of five different local charities on a rotating basis. Our vision is that Fenimore’s care for the community will continue for many generations. 

We welcome donations to The Arc Lexington NY which empowers people with autism and developmental disabilities to live their best lives, every day, by partnering with their families, our employees, and our community — supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities in Fulton, Albany, and Schoharie Counties. â€‹
