Waiver of Liability

In consideration of volunteering at this event, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against this event, all towns/cities it occurs in, the event staging facilities, and any sponsors, as well as any person involved with this event. I fully understand that I, or the person I am responsible for, may assist in such a role that may include but is not limited to standing outside in inclement weather, walking on uneven surfaces, and other possibly dangerous conditions. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently prepared to serve as an event volunteer. My physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I hereby grant full permission for the event to use any photos, videos, or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever and without compensation.

5K Race Bag Assembly

Assemble race bags for 5K participants, including a mix of branded promotional items, snacks, and other goodies.

5K Family Fun Day Race Packet Pickup

1 Fri, 6/13 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Assisting staff at Ronald McDonald House with distributing race packets to 5K participants, one day prior to the event.

Event Setup

5K Family Fun Day Event Setup

9 Sat, 6/14 7:30am - 9:30am
Helping to set up signage, tables, tents, t-shirts, etc., morning of the event.

Event Volunteer

5K Family Fun Day Registration Table

11 Sat, 6/14 7:30am - 9:30am
Assisting with registering and distributing 5K race packets to participants on the day of the event.

5K Family Fun Day Course Marshal

Help direct runners on the 5K course and/or assist at a water station.

5K Start/Finish Line Volunteers

4 Sat, 6/14 9:30am - 11:30am
This may include helping distribute refreshments and other miscellaneous tasks that are located near the start and finish areas.

5K Family Fun Day Bash Help

19 Sat, 6/14 10:00am - 1:00pm
Assisting with all birthday bash activities. This may include helping with raffle sales, art station and miscellaneous tasks.

Event Takedown

One role may be chosen from this group.

5K Family Fun Day Take Down/Clean Up

13 Sat, 6/14 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Helping to disassemble the event setup, cleaning the area, and packing up all supplies.
